Solution for Integration and Interoperability

COBA Building Operating System (BOS) is a generic software platform, which facilitates integration and interoperability of all building systems. Standard based COBA BOS Framework definitions form the foundation of the platform. The platform supports standard Building Information Modeling (BIM).

The COBA BOS platform expands through drivers to a wide range of existing and future systems, including:

  • Building automation and controls
  • Lighting controls
  • Electrical controls
  • Consumption metering
  • Home automation systems
  • Access control and intruder alarm systems
  • Emergency lighting and central battery systems
  • Fire alarm systems
  • Video monitoring and cameras

COBA BOS is a unified platform that can be easily managed and controlled in real-time over the Internet.

COBA BOS Framework

The COBA BOS Framework definitions include open interfaces to all building systems and the data model of buildings, spaces, devices, systems and users. The COBA Data Model is defined in accordance with the standard IFC model to ensure compatibility with Building Information Modeling and design standards.

Continuous Development

The COBA BOS platform already supports standard Building Information Modeling (BIM). Coming release of the COBA Editor will support importing BIM compliant modeling and designs easily to the COBA BOS platform to be used by all BOS connected systems and applications.

Intelligent Green Buildings

COBA BOS compliant systems offer a powerful enabler for Intelligent, Green Buildings. We are happy to arrange seminars for building professionals about how to achieve full benefits from system integration, energy savings and perfect indoor comfort.
